Unit itself appears to be quality but having to research and order mounting plates separately makes it useless until you get those. In order to properly install, there are two other components that are necessary to attach it. One for the cabinet and one for the door; without the two other parts, the lift cannot be installed. I use this item for work often and am familiar with it; however, I was able to purchase the 2 pieces of hardware I needed at a local supply store. Good product as long as you know it is not a complete order.

Bought this for a van upfit. Picture shows item mounted in a cabinet but there is no mounting hardware included nor is it offered in the "frequently bought together" section. No mounting hardware included
Beware, neither of the mounting plates are included. Nowhere in the product description is this mentioned. This product is useless as a result, and very overpriced, as every other seller charges the same price or less for an actual complete assembly.
