Great product, good material

I ordered this to replace a bad OEM headphone jack that was playing out of only one side. Worked like a charm.

Works well, there was a bit of excess plastic sprew on one of the pieces that I had to cut down to get it to fit, after I did that however it works well. Wish it could ship a bit faster. Would use again if I needed this part.

I had purchased this to replace the jack on my 7th gen iPod classic (slim model), it seemed to be a fair price at the time, but when I had installed it (note that I had done this before with no issues other than my housing had been bent back and didn't seat properly around the area of the headphone jack, so this time, I bought a new housing also), I noticed a slight short if you move the jack to one side, I understand that it's a refurbished product, but I can purchase a brand new one, at another site for about the same price, I would not personally recommend purchasing this product.

Had to swap out old headphone/hold button and this works perfect and now my ipod shows when I put it in hold mode...
