Oakter Mini UPS Basic for WiFi Router Broadband Modem | Supports 12V-2A Routers. Backup Upto 3 Hours | WiFi Router UPS Power Backup During Power Cuts| Current Surge & Deep Discharge Protection

The Oakter Mini Ups is very good. It worked for me for more than two years, after which it has malfunctioned. However when approached their support team, they have not only guided me to troubleshoot and understand the issue but offered a free replacement even though the product was out of warranty. Kudos to their support team..!! Will definitely check out their other products..!!

I purchased the Oakter Mini UPS for my WiFi router, and I have been using it with my router (12V). It worked well for almost a year, providing useful backup during power cuts. One thing I really like is its compact and lightweight design. It doesn't take up much space and is easy to install/use with the router setup. However, after around one year of use, the battery backup completely stopped working. By the time I contacted Oakter regarding the issue, the 1-year warranty had already expired. I was expecting that I might have to purchase a new unit, but this is where I had a very good experience. Oakter offered to replace the unit completely free of cost, even though the warranty period was already over. I didn't even have to return the old UPS. They only asked me to cut the wire of the old unit and send them a photo for verification. There were no additional charges or complicated replacement process. The battery failure after one year was obviously disappointing, but I really appreciate that Oakter still helped me and provided a free replacement even after the warranty had expired. This kind of after-sales support is definitely a big positive. Overall, the product worked well for nearly a year, is compact and lightweight, and my experience with Oakter's after-sales support has been excellent. For me, their willingness to replace the product for free even after the warranty expired is a major positive point.

I have purchased this Mini UPS twice and overall, I am very satisfied with the product. It provides reliable backup for my WiFi router during power cuts and works exactly as advertised. The compact design, easy installation, and stable performance make it a great value-for-money solution. One of the two units I purchased stopped working after about 4 months. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the company's customer service. After I raised a complaint, the support team promptly approved the replacement, and I received a new UPS within just 2 days. The replacement process was handled professionally and efficiently. The only area that needs improvement is the complaint registration process. Raising a service request was somewhat cumbersome and took longer than expected. A more streamlined and user-friendly support process would make the overall experience even better. That said, the company's willingness to honor the warranty and provide a quick replacement gives me confidence in both the product and the brand. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend this UPS to anyone looking for a reliable backup solution for their WiFi router.

Worked nicely for few months and then it completely failed , it can barely run for 10 minutes now. And even though its in warranty I cannot claim it, somehow

I have been using the Oakter Mini UPS (12V) for around 2.5 years now with my JioFiber router. It worked like a charm all this while. We have a backup generator. So the time for which we have outage is typically limited. But this too would have been a problem if not for the router UPS. For the last one week or so, it was not providing any backup when power went off. When I reached Oakter support, after some questions and due diligence, even though it was well past the warranty period, they have offered to replace the router as a one off goodwill gesture. The replacement will be a new product but with no warranty. Now I am awaiting the replacement. Of course I am quite delighted with the support.

Product is very good and have a decent backup. Unfortunately it stopped working after 25 days. The customer support is very nice and helpful.. they arranged a replacement.

I am really happy with my experience with the OAKTER MINI UPS. Before purchasing this product, I had bought a MINI UPS from a local brand, but unfortunately, it did not even last for two months. That experience was quite disappointing and made me look for a more reliable and durable product. After that, I purchased the OAKTER MINI UPS, and I must say that it has been a great experience so far. I have been using it for almost two years, and the product is still performing very well. The long-term performance and reliability have really impressed me. I have not faced any major issues during this period, which gives me confidence in the quality of the product.

Good product with very minimal design, easy to install. Good product support, after 2 years suddenly had battery issues and reached support for help, they are providing the replacement as a good gesture.
