I’ll give Gaviscon 5 stars for me. I get bad heartburn from bbq but I love bbq. If I eat bbq and not take anything, heartburn will keep me up all night. I can take a couple of these before bed after eat and never be bothered with heartburn in the slightest. The five stars are for me and my wife but I can’t promise that it will work for everyone.

The only OTC tablets that take care of my GERD quickly. The flavor is more like cherry cream, not unpleasant but not everyone will like it. But they work great.

Gaviscon is FAR better for me than the other name brand that rhymes with “sums,” lol! These are the best for nighttime reflux and heartburn. I chew 3 tablets if I’m having some annoying reflux just before bed, and right afterwards I take a SMALL sip or two of water and bam. I’m good for the night! The flavor isn’t terrible, either. I like them better than their “original” vanilla-y flavor. It masks the chalkiness a bit better, I think. I highly recommend Gaviscon; it’s a must-have in your medicine cabinet!

This is the best stuff I have tried for GERD. It tastes disgustingggggg but it’s worth it.

The best thing I have found for heartburn/acid reflux. Better than Rolaids. better than Tums, Better than Mylanta. Easy to chew, good tasting antacids.

SAME PRICE AS OTC.. THIS WORKS BETTER THAN ROLAIDS, TUMS, ETC. WORKS WELL FOR GERD!!
