iDIGMALL Open Ear Headphones, Bluetooth 5.4 Headset w/Detachable Microphone

With the saturated market out there and with so many choices, I wanted to find a set of earbuds that would NOT be: - Wired - Over head, In-ear. - Didn't sound awful (Talk/Sound quality) Here's is what i found in iDIGMALL's 5.4 Headset w/Detachable Microphone, Open Ear Headphones... 1. Call/Sound Quality My job involves a lot of meetings throughout the day via Teams/Zoom...etc. My main quirk with other Bluetooth earbuds was that meetings folks either don't hear me or I'd sound far away. These earbuds offer a detachable 'boom mic'! For me, this is one of its brilliant feature! The detachable mic is very easy to detach/attach as it's magnetic and fits right where it needs to on either earpiece (you can use it on either L or R earpiece). This little mic attachment solved my problem of folks not able to hear me properly during meetings. The sound quality on these is also amazing! I was a bit apprehensive as they're open ear, but I am extremely surprised with the sound quality they produce, with just about perfect bass and loudness for me. A button is present on each piece to allow interaction with Volume/Siri/Mute...etc. Ah and they perform Noise cancelling perfectly fine! 2. Fit They fit perfectly over the ear and are lightweight. They don't feel uneasy/heavy after wearing them extensively throughout the day. Also comfortable during Walking/Running/Working out. I have not tried them under water. 3. Connectivity and Flexibility. It has a dual pairing mode feature. Meaning, you can connect these on 2 devices at the same time. It also comes with a USB-dongle that can easily be paired on a MAC/PC USB slot. I have paired my work phone via Bluetooth and have the USB-dongle connected to my PC's USB slot. This type of connection does not require Bluetooth connectivity, it behaves like a plugged in headset. It Works perfectly fine! Connection and Range is also great. 4. Battery Life I've worn these continuously throughout the day altering between meetings, music listening. I've never run out of battery. I place them back in the case after my day's work. You can always use these individually and let the other piece charge in the case. The case is a USB-C type charge and the cable is a USB-A to USB-C which is included. Overall, I am extremely pleased and amazed with these earbuds! A nifty technology to say the least, in my opinion. Give these a try. These are amazing when it comes to: Work calls (Teams/Webex/Zoom) Sound quality/battery life/ workouts/walking/running The fit and the flexibility they offer. Customer service is also great. I received a message after I bought them to check if I had any issues or concerns! My father in-law who's somewhat an audiophile and have never seen him with any kind of headsets before, was quite impressed with these. So I got him a pair too and he's jamming! Thank you iDIGMALL!!

They sound good But the microphone sucks. Which is the only reason I bought them. So they are useless for me. My $20 sproutsound has a better microphone and works better with Gemini AI

Let's get one thing out of the way. My reference and benchmark for professional headset has always been the G9. I use it on a daily basis for grueling long meetings since a year now. I've been using my new A2 for over a week now. It is a different form and cannot be compared to the G9 directly. However, the A2 quality can be easily compared to that of the G9. During these 10 days of daily long meetings, the new A2 has proved to be of professional grade, and compares favorably to the G9, and then some more. The new form of the A2 has many advantages that I'm beginning to explore and take advantage of. In some cases, I've even figured some creative ways to take advantage of this new form. You can use only one set on either of your right or left ear, or both at the same time. This is very useful if you use them for hours at a time and want to relieve your ears by taking turns. The A2 all in all has very solid quality. It gives the feel of a premium product. The sound quality, the eas of charging, the ability to withstand the torture of a day long meeting, are all excellent and of premium quality. That, and then the noise cancellation feature. It just works perfectly. Other features I also found to be good are lightweight and comfort. I had no issues keeping them on my ears for hours at a time. Then comes connectivity, which is on par if not better than that of the G9. All in all, the A2 is an outstanding product. In fact, I'll be using it as my daily headset, and maybe keep my G9 as a backup. My good old trusted G9 has been dethroned by the A2 - a worthy new kid in the block.

I like they are very clear but the person I'm talking too has trouble hearing me due to background noise. Also they do not fit snuggly on my ears very loose so they fall off easily I have lost one very often. But luckily I find it after a while. Also they do not repeat do not cancel out any noise around you so I usually have to have them on full volume to listen to music or watch a show and anyone around can hear too.

Great wireless headset that lasts across a full day at work as an IT security ops person. Easy connection/pairing, but a little different when you use the USB dongle to connect to a PC, just read the manual. Price was little high for me, but would buy it again if I broke these. They sit over your ear, not in your ear like ear buds. Because they dont have full ear pads you're not getting hot or uncomfortable with full day wear and since they rest on your ears like glasses, your dont get a bump across your head either. Ticks all the boxes for me. Sound quality is great, controls are easy and normal. Buttons are clicky and responsive.

I bought the Emerson zero noise first, which was $129 (on sale for $109), thinking I would get top quality, and it was good. But then I ordered these and they were actually better. As far as sound and mic, the Emerson was marginally better, but these earbuds have a smaller case, that ALSO shows the battery life, the boom mic actually rotates 360 degrees and snaps easily to either ear. I use it for work calls and I only use one at a time so I can switch ears if one goes dead but so far, using 1 only took the battery down to 65% after 7-8 hours of use. The mic is stored inside the case and is magnetic so it snaps in nicely. If you keep it at your desk you could just leave the case plugged in. Honestly I’m just stunned that I’m so much happier with a $45 pair from a brand I’ve never heard of than the expensive ones. Oh and these are so lightweight I forget I have them on. Even with the mic attached I can barely feel it. I use a fake background for calls, it blends in with the fake background, they don’t even see that I’m wearing it. The only negative I can think of is the case is a fingerprint magnet, the Emerson had more of a soft feel to it. Overall I’m very happy with it and already sent a link to my coworker who was looking for something similar. It’s super easy to adjust the mic while wearing. This is a fantastic deal to get something so compact and versatile for only $45. Oh and I tried it with dogs barking in the background to see if my mic blocked it out. Technically I could hear something in the background (barely) but I couldn’t even tell what it was and listening back to the call recording a 2nd time I couldn’t even hear it so I think I was looking for it the first time. Meets my needs!!

I’ve been using these mostly for work meetings and calls, and so far they have worked very well. The sound is clear and the detachable microphone helps a lot with voice clarity during meetings. They are also very comfortable; after several hours you almost forget you’re wearing them. Connection was easy with both my phone and computer, and the battery lasts well throughout the day. Overall, they seem like a good option if you’re looking for open-ear headphones for work and daily use.

Product was advertised to have 10 hours of continuous runtime, did not last 5 hours. Purchased for work and was barely halfway through my shift when they died. Was at 100% charge at start of shift. Also had crackling noise during calls and would cut in and out. Would not recommend for work use. Neat idea with magnetic mic, comfortable to wear, just poor battery life.

I've used various types of headphones and earbuds before and I have to say I'm really impressed with these! I don't get along with the kind of earbuds that go in the ear because I get irritation and eczema so these bone conducting ones are ideal for me. And the sound is equally good as anything that goes in or around the ear. The headset comes fully charged and you get 3 pieces in the charging case - one for each ear plus a removeable microphone which can be attached to the left or the right headphone. I find these really comfortable to wear. They hook over the ear and you can wear either one or both of them. For me, I like to wear one so I can take a phone call or listen to something from my phone or iPad and still be able to hear what's going on around me. The removeable microphone is quite small and compact but it works perfectly. When not in use you can remove it or angle it up so it's out the way. The controls are easy to use. You can control the volume, answer or decline calls and more. And you can even press 3 times for Siri which is super-handy! You don't need your phone anywhere near you and can wander around freely up to 20 metres and not lose the connection. I find the battery lasts for many hours and to recharge them (either both or use one and charge the other) is simple, as you just plug the charging case into USB. You get up to 3 full charges from the case once the case is charged, and it comes fully charged so you can use this headset straight out of the box. There is an LED display on the case exterior which tells you exactly how much % each earphone is charged up, which is really handy. The case is lightweight but quite tough so you can throw it into your bag without worrying about squashing anything. So far I'm really delighted with this headset and I won't leave the house without it! I was originally looking for Apple earbuds but as I don't like in-the-ear type earphones they weren't a good match plus there's the price. For the price, I can honestly say this headset is a bargain!

Do not buy. Doesn't have a manual that is online. Also I couldn't get it to reset. Keeps goin into 'connected' even after multiple 15-30s resets (no led indication BTW). Amazon AI is useless for debugging and seller can't be connected

if there is any background noise you are struggling to hear a thing. Pretty useless.
