Like most people, we purchased this to clean up our local water. We live in a water district that gets it's water from a series of wells. It's mostly acceptable water, but every once and a while we would see a noticeable color change in the water for a day or two - a yellowish tint. The water district said there was no issue, but we were concerned what quality of water we were actually getting. We also have an on demand hot water heater. They are more prone to develop scale from poor water supply. The filter system installation was straightforward and easy. It is bigger than you might imagine, so measure to make sure that you'll have the wall space required. We immediately noticed a difference in our water quality. The clarity of the water in our bath was noticeable. It almost felt like we had installed a water softener. The replacement filters are easy to replace. Watch for them on sale to save yourself a few dollars. High quality and a noticeable difference!

The installation of the filter was a relatively simple process. The water quality improved dramatically, boasting remarkable clarity, a pleasant taste, and no discernible odor. Nevertheless, it became necessary to acquire a new set of filters, as the water flow began to decrease, prompting consideration of replacing the water tank. It is also worth noting that the customer service team was highly attentive and knowledgeable, with Nick providing exceptional assistance, including the registration of the system and the supply of new filters.

Installed in a new house "to us" that is on a well that was drilled in the 1960's. We had bad issues with rust and iron tasting water. The 2 stage did the trick and works very well! The flow is reversible, so you can customize input/output as needed (we swapped the labels). Easy to use! Words of advice: you only need to tighten the containers 1/4 turn past hand-tight, to extend life of filter, you can remove and wash them out, use iSpring filters (I tried others and the pressure drop was horrendous).

Great product and it does not leak as long as you do it correctly and add food Grade sealant. The only issue is that the system was too small for my house after a sígnicant Drop in water pressure. My showers and everything in the house lost pressure, especially when using more than one sink or shower. The problem resolved itself after I purchased the 20” unit. I just wish the item description was more clear and provided accurate information on specific size needed based on household size. I ended spending more than I planned

I am absolutely thrilled with both the iSpring product and the outstanding customer support provided by Francis! After installing it by myself, I encountered a minor leak. Despite my best efforts, there was a slight water leak in three separate places. #1 is fixed with a slight tightening, but #2 (the other side) and #3 did not stop. I reached out to iSpring's support, and Francis stepped in to assist me. His response was not only prompt but incredibly detailed and helpful. Following his instructions, I applied O-ring grease, which stopped the leak at #3. Although it didn't completely stop the leak at #2, it did help reduce it. That is when Francis quickly arranged for replacement parts to be sent to me. He provided a tracking number and kept me updated throughout the process. The replacement arrived swiftly, and I am happy to report that the system is now working perfectly. The leak has been resolved, and the system is performing flawlessly. Whenever we experience heavy rain or a series of rainy days, the water in our city often turns brown for several hours, sometimes even longer. During these times, the city sends out water quality warning text messages. Residents in our subdivision are advised to flush their taps until the water runs clear again, as recommended by the city. After installing the iSpring filter, we had three days of rain, yet the water inside our house remained clear. However, the water in our garden, which is not filtered through the iSpring system, was as brown as usual. The product itself is top-notch, and Francis’s support was the cherry on top. His dedication to resolving my issue and his detailed instructions made a potentially stressful situation smooth and straightforward. Thank you iSpring and Francis for both their excellent products and their exceptional customer service.

Good value, easy installation and good results. Mix filters for a wide range of issues. My iron filter needed replacing early but my ground water is horrific.

Worked great for well in Florida. Removed the egg smell.

The item works awesome easy to install. I talked with a gentleman, Nick at the ispring office about some warranty information and some filters and some new o rings. He helped me out tremendously very happy with the product and the customer service is awesome.

This ispring carbon filter works perfectly. Last a long time and removes the bad chlorine taste and smell. No noticeable drop of pressure. It’s the only one i buy now. For a family of 4. On municipal water i change it once a year.

Waited to review until installed for over a month. My system is on well water with a fine clay sediment issue. So far everything is working well. I rebuilt my entire old system. The first filter is the iSprings WSP50 spin down which I can switch out the screen size From 50micron to 1000m & 3 more sizes in between. The spin down cleaning feature works great and is very convenient.Next is my old 22" bag filter (20m). Then the iSpring WGB21B 2filter unit ( Again you have various choices of filters to use depending on your situation) I put guages at each end of all these filters and have only a1 PSI drop after a month of use. I called Don at iSprings with a few questions and received excellent service. He even called back a few days later to check up. All 3 units from iSpring are well made and easy to install if you have some DIY skills. When placing the copper reducer on the plastic filter housing use at least 6-8 wraps of high end plumbers tape. Carefully tighten fiitting to the last thread; this should not leak then. Try to solder as much as possible before screwing into the plastic filter ends. If unavoidable wrap wet cloth aroud joints of copper and plastic before soldering.
