This is a great home workout station! No, it’s not commercial grade, but the price is nowhere near to what a commercial gym would be. We are a 5’9” and 5’8” couple and it’s the perfect size and weight option for us. We were looking for a small footprint machine and this one serves the purpose. Our basement ceiling is at 81” so this gym fits perfectly. The installation was a breeze! Just follow the instructions. All the steps are clear, with numbered parts, AND the labeled sealed trays of the particular set of screws for each steps wrapped separately. Take your time (really), don’t rush, and get a regular adjustable wrench to eliminate any frustration. I installed it by myself in a little bit over four hours due to numerous runs up and down the stairs bringing the parts from the living room to the basement. The shipping boxes were quite heavy so it was easier to unpack everything upstairs and bring the parts downstairs based on each step’s demands. Two people could get it done in about half the time. We also invested couple more bucks in grips with swiveling base hooks. Worth the extra cost. I also got from Home Depot different lengths chains for better ranges of motions, and ordered a couple of intermediary weights for gradual improvement instead of 13lb jumps.

Sturdier than I expected! Just like being at the gym. Low price for an excellent product.

The home gym was easy to put together. Setting the weights and putting the locking pin sucks. The locking likes to slip out which can be dangerous. Buy at your own risk.

Very good quality. Very very very easy steps to put it together. They actually put the hardware in separate packages for each step. Very amazed. This machine will pay for itself in less than a year of your typical gym membership. Chest Abd legs arms and back work out. Im very impressed. Made in China also wow im very impressed.

I’m glad I got it. I assembled it myself in 3 hours. 2 people would have been easier. It’s definitely worth the money I paid for it. Got it in deal days. Sturdy and strong. I’ll have to watch the pulleys though. Instructions leave a little to be desired. It doesn’t come with any workout manuals to show all the different exercises. It would have been 5 stars if it weren’t for the latter 2 faults.

It's an okay mechine very versatile in the amount of exercise you are able to do. People who are close to 6ft will deff be uncomfortable. Range of motion for some exercise fall short(for me). Movements feel very stiff and with very small amount of adjustment in seat it makes it hard to find a comfortable position for good form

I enjoy the Home Gym. Works well for me, just what I needed and wanted. Easy installation as I followed all the instructions and the use of this machine is really smooth. I’m 5 foot so some things are made for someone taller but was able to adjust to my needs. I had one broken knob in the box and the seller was quick to respond and replace. I decided to purchase this home gym after reading a lot of reviews of other similarly priced home gyms. One of the features that for me was highly desirable, is the leg press. The manufacturer had this to me in 3 days. It took me one solid afternoon to put it together and have my first workout. It did not disappoint. I couldn't be happier with the workouts that I'm getting out of this. Especially for this price point. Since I am 67 years old, the weight stack is perfect for what I need it for. The instructions were comprehensive. You just need to take your time and it all goes together well. It does not come with workout wall charts and the weights do not come with numbers on them. I purchased numbers for the weight stack from Amazon. It's a real space-saving unit.
