Awesome product! Installation was simple—especially with the help of the YouTube video. The daily functionality is excellent, and adding or removing users is quick and easy. The lock feels very well-built with durable materials, and I highly recommend using the keypad cover for added protection. WiFi connectivity works flawlessly, allowing remote access from anywhere. At first, I was a little hesitant about the price, thinking it was on the higher side. However, after installing it and exploring its advanced security features—like the random numerical keypad and fingerprint biometric touchpad—I believe the Lockly Secure Pro 2025 (Latest Version) is absolutely worth the investment. This lock is great. Multiple ways to use. The codes are available to create for guests and can cancel code once it isn’t needed anymore. Takes 4 double A batteries. Good battery life. Also can use fingerprint or key if needed. Love the ability to open the door from my phone. And see who is opening the door when I am not home. WiFi connectivity is no issue. And installing took me less than thirty minutes!!

Well packaged. Quality built parts. Easy to re-key and straight forward installation. This operates over 2.4 WiFi and has many options for uses. I will be purchasing a second lock for the other property. Customer service is excellent, I called with a programing question and received an email and a follow up phone call on a Saturday from tech support. Wow!

First time buying this brand and I love it. I use to buy the Schlage brand exclusively. The. I read the reviews on this and thought I should give it a try. It works wonderfully and tells you if your door is open or closed. Has an automatic lock feature after 30 seconds. That’s why it needs to know if the door is open or closed. If your door is open for say a minute and then you close the door, the lock will lock instantly once the door is closed. I was looking for a WiFi lock and this one works. We got a house that we have been fixing up. I can remote let contractors come in and I know if they left the door open and if the door is locked. This is a game changer. Just wish it worked with my ring security system. The one negative thing I have found is that the display on this device is dim. Because the number pad gets scrambled every time if you have to use the keypad and if it’s in the sun it is almost impossible to see the numbers. I kinda wish they had a real keypad. But I plan to get more of these still.

Such a great product! I love that I can add a finger print for everyone in my family. It was so easy to install and love the automatic locking feature! This is a must for every home!

This product works as advertised. It conveniently and quickly connects to Wi-Fi once installed so I'll activity can be monitored and performed from the app. I haven't linked it to Alexa yet so nothing to report at the moment. Very happy with the quality of the build. Love the genie pin and how it randomizes the order every time a code is entered. The fingerprint button works extremely well if you take time when registering your fingerprint. I would definitely and have recommended to friends.

Buyer beware, this lock is an example of execution failure. I'm both a network engineer and a software engineer who specializes in embedded design and development. This lock has a fundamental problem related to remote connectivity. The lock runs on four AA batteries and it must stretch out battery life to operate a touch screen, move a lock motor and maintain a wifi radio link to an access point. This company's older models used bluetooth which consumes much less power. Since I installed this lock, I fought with tech support for over two weeks to try to make this lock work including enabling its designated sleep schedule to preserve battery life and hopefully coax the lock into working but this lock simply will not maintain a wifi connection no matter what I did. I measured 40dbm to 60dbm consistently between the lock and my access point which by all accounts is very good wifi signal yet I am constantly fighting to be able to remotely control the lock with the lockly app. In short, the remote control feature is severely broken. A core feature advertised. I refuse to shell out $$ for an advertised feature that doesn't work. So this review will be accompanied with a return/refund. Their latch locks that rely on a Bluetooth connection to a Bluetooth to wifi bridge work well and I'll be returning the deadbolt for the latch model. However, if you're looking at a smart lock like this I would steer clear of lockly products. Lockly tech support is abysmal too. It's all email, asking ridiculous questions like pulling out batteries and reinserting them, just a useless barage of troubleshooting steps when the real problem is their software. Update: Amazon offered me a replacement when I went to return it so I tried another one and ding, ding, ding same problem. Buyer beware, these locks have a fundamental problems working as advertised.

Having used the lock for 5 months I have to say it has the plus of being a great lock for security. I used it on a rental property I was selling. Being an hour away from home, this type of lock made showing the house super easy. You can give the prospective buyer a temporary code to enter. It gives you a notice when door is closed, another plus. Lock is made of high-quality metal and looks nice. The three numbers inside each circle rotate to other circles so there really no way someone could guess your security code even if they watched you punch it in. The negatives are that it is difficult to sync lock up with the internet when changing codes. Also, if you want to cancel your monthly subscription, you have to call the company, they then email you a cancel form. You fill it out, and email it back. There is no cancel option available on the smartphone app.
