Tastes great
The sugar tastes great in cakes but wouldn’t use it for anything else. This is a health benefit for me as it’s lower in histamine than granulated. Bit pricey for the size of bag though.

Overpriced but I needed it quickly
Not in a position to be able to nip to the shops, therefore I had to pay over the odds. Meh.

Sugar has set into one huge clump in the bag
Most of the sugar in the bag had set into one huge clump. I can’t even break most of it up so a lot of the sugar is unusable. The sugar has clearly been stored somewhere damp. Whoever picked the order has not been bothered. No value for money.

It works best
Brittish products are awesome. This sugar does not disappoint. It’s smaller than I thought but still tasty packs a powerful punch
