Taste good and are easy to chew and swallow
I have just started taking these so I haven't really felt any type of effects from them, good OR bad. I take vitamins anyway and I'm now running more often, so I thought I would give these a try. They are not very expensive, taste good and are easy to chew and swallow.

I'm assuming this is fantastic and not that I'm overpaying because it tells me its for runner. I like it!

They taste great! I cannot tell if I have had any increase in energy...yet. However, I felt very confident taking them for the first time. No anxiety. No negative side effects. They taste so good I could just eat all of them in one day.🙂

Highly recommend
Taste great, like a normal lemony fruit gummy. I run about 25 miles a week and my hips usually get really sore and tight. These vitamins have been great for my recovery.

Pill worked better for me
The gummy vitamins worked well, but I think I got a little better results from the pill vitamin. These are still very good if you are not looking to take a pill vitamin and prefer a gummy.
