Works great
The bucket is simple to assemble and airtight. I have finished one bucket and started fermenting it. It looks great so can keep it in the kitchen. I will post a pic after fermentation and after the two week post compost. Currently I have two. The size is perfect for me as I can lift it up easily when it's full. The size is perfect for the finished weight. If anyone is concerned with the bokashi bran being expensive, you actually don't need that. This is the recipe that I've tested and found successful; Strain out curd to get only the liquid. Mix it with half cup of jaggery powder and add water without chlorine ( if you get chlorinated water, just boil it and cool: that will remove the chlorine) I fill up an airtight 2000 ml glass container like this. Then let it just sit in a corner. You will start seeing a white film and you are good to go. Be patient. Always have another jar in rotation while you are using up one jar. I don't spray, instead I'll just use a laddle and pour like one by 3rd cup of this liquid on top whenever I'm adding kitchen waste. Then add shredded paper on top to absorb excess moisture. If it smells less like pickles or kinda bad, just add more of this liquid. You can even extend the liquid in a new jar with some of the liquid and jaggery.

Super Slow-working but does produce smell
So it's been few months since I have been using this. To clarify, I got the compost maker and not the bins/buckets (too expensive, so I just got normal plastic bucket with lid and fixed tap at the bottom for 1/5th the price of 1). The process is happening, but it's very slow. The no smell is bull. It smells. Really bad. (but that's the least we can do for the environment) Since I live alone, I don't get as much house waste. That maybe one of the reasons it's slow. And the temperature here is also relatively low/cold. So that may be another reason. Will update if and when I get any compost. Edit: November 2020 So the first batch of compost came out this past weekend. There's no smell coming out of the compost which is a good thing. So in conclusion, it was works. Super slow but steady is how I'd describe it!

TrustBasket Customer Support Issue
We've followed the instructions for using TrustBasket, but the waste decomposition process isn't worked properly. The TrustBasket customer care team doesn't seem to understand their own product and process. When I reached out to them about the decomposition issue, they told me to contact Amazon customer care instead. I'm not sure if we missed a step, but the customer care representative didn't provide any helpful guidance and suggested buying another TrustBasket to try again.

Delivery should have been timely
The items are good in taste and packing. But I received the goods too late when I had almost lost the interest in the product.

Value for money
Very good quality. Helps in microbes in a short time. The only down side is, the powder has foul smell. You need to use a face mask before using this
