Cumple pero no es similar a una Poly. Deseable que se pudiera actualizar el firmware o tuviera un app para afinar el audio.

I'll start by saying I make tons of purchases on Amazon and almost never leave a review. I'm only leaving this because I was hesitant about pulling the trigger on this headset and shouldn't have been, so I'm hoping I can help anyone else who might be in the same position. I've been using a Poly Voyager for probably 3 years. It was solid but certainly had its flaws - the worst for me were the slow connection process often causing me to miss calls if I didn't keep the headset in constantly, and the weak noise cancellation which still clearly picked up other voices from around the office. Aside from that, I didn't have any major complaints about the Voyager, it served its purpose fine and consistently until last week when the locking mechanism of the earpiece broke causing it to repeatedly leave the bud behind in my ear when taking it off. I looked at 30+ potential replacements and nearly went with a $150+ yealink just because I don't like using non-"brand name" electronics at work - I like to know that the manufacturer has a reputation to protect so that I can have confidence in the reliability and consistency of their product. But this little Conambo piece was unbelievably priced for what it claimed to offer and boasted thousands of great reviews, so I decided to give it a shot first. I'm so glad I did. Everything about this piece is a significant upgrade over my old Voyager at half the price. Both of my primary complaints about the Voyager are absolute non-issues with this piece - it connects instantly to both my PC and phone, to the point that I can hear it saying "CONNECTED-CONNECTED" as I'm still bringing it to my ear, and as an added bonus sits on a charging dock so I can quickly grab & return it as needed. Noise cancellation is fantastic with no background noise, even if other people are literally in my office with me having a conversation as I'm in a virtual meeting. More than that, though, it's an upgrade in a lot of areas that I wasn't even concerned about with the Voyager. It's louder but also CLEARER. It charges in minutes and I can see the charge % on the dock as it's doing so. And although my ears are never truly comfortable with the buds on any piece, it is lighter and more comfortable. The only thing that could make this piece better for me, personally, would be if the buds were naturally comfortable for my ear, but again I think this has more to do with my ears than the buds. Luckily the buds attach using the simple barbed stem that has been standard for in-ear headphones for decades so I can just get some custom ones for comfort, which wasn't an option with the Voyager and its over-engineered locking bud system (which is completely pointless btw - why introduce a point of failure for no reason like that? It didn't improve the Voyager buds, and the hard pieces of the mechanism are what broke and forced me to buy this replacement.) Anyway, if you're on the fence about this unit and how it compares to more expensive ones, I've used many single in-ear headsets over the years and I genuinely don't think there's anything under $150 that is going to compete. I'm very happy with my purchase, to the point that I'm looking into what other products Conambo makes just to see if they bring this level of execution to everything they produce.

The Conambo bluetooth headset works just as well as the higher priced competitor option. The fit and feel is just a little different but comfortable. Setup is very easy and quick. Call quality is very good. I've only had this unit a short time so I can't comment on how long the battery will last. That seems to be a problem with other brands. The portion that fits behind the ear is a little larger than Plantronics so it is just a little heavier but not noticeable. A big plus is the power display on the charging case and space in the carrying case for two extra ear pieces. Overall, a very nice product at a reasonable price.

I bought this to replace one that I bought in previous years that stopped charging. I like it a lot. It is great for working from home. It charges quickly. I took off a star as it sometimes becomes unpaired with my laptop randomly. But it has great sound quality. July 2025 - month of death - it worked fine up until last Thursday. Suddenly, I started sounding really low and unintelligible. My boss sounded like a mouse with a super high squeak and I couldn’t hear real words. My coworker had no issues hearing our boss. I guess a year + 3 months is all I should expect. Time to buy another one. I wish I could find one that lasts longer.

This Bluetooth headset works exceptionally well. I already had one K10 but decided to get the one with the charging case as it was on sale with Amazon Prime day. The unit has good sound quality, a class-leading battery life and built very well. I haven't used the charging case much yet but it also seems well built and will come in handy on long road trips. I had to reach out to customer service as the USB-A/USB-C cable was DOA. They immediately sent me a new one. That's the first time i had to reach customer service and i'm glad they were responsive. overall, a highly recommended product.
