I used tec7 when fitting handrails on a grp boat. How do I break the tec7 hold?

A very thin sharp blade long enough to get between the the rail and the GRP or perhaps a cheesewire. A strong pencil eraser and peeling might get the remaining residue off. Strong solvents might weaken the resin gelcoat but a paintwork cutting compound may help, check it on a test area first.
