I got this to replace my old Surface Pro 7 (also refurbished). The old one last three years so not bad for the price I paid. I got the same model to fit my keyboard and charger. It works well. Microsoft had done some twiking with Windows (not all that helpful, in my opinion) but the tablet is good. I have gone through 3 chargers so I didn't want to have to get a newer model and new charger type. This fits my needs and is my goto tablet. I have had this new one for 2 weeks so, fingers crossed, all will go well.

So far this has been a great little device! It is lightweight, loads fast, and is great for basic tasks on the go. Not suitable for any programs that require a graphics card, so don’t expect to be able to run games or any other heavy duty software.

Screen was too dim to be readable. Returned it and got charged a $25 fee.

There is nothing more aggravating than getting something new and then having it malfunction to the extent that you must inconvenience yourself with returning it.

Excellent in every respect: the product, its condition, Amazon's express delivery and of course, advice from Rufus about the features of the tablet and how it compares with alternatives. Too bad Windows 11 is filled with intrusive features that add little value (e.g., Co-pilot). but that's not the Surface Pro 7's fault. It's a great product and Amazon is a great place to shop. Five-and-a-half stars.
