Is there any way to purchase a sample of the gum? Want to try it out...

We don't currently have free samples going but chances are we are in a store not too far from you were you can find a packet. We have a store locator set up so you can find RunGum near you. Here is the link: https://rungum.com/pages/store-locator Hope that helps! -CJ RunGum Team

What does the Fruit flavor taste like? Is it like citrus?

It does have a citrus taste to it, but also has a little aftertaste. I usually prefer fruit or citrus over mint, but I actually liked the mint better than the citrus.

Hey there! Yes! Our products are kosher, halal, and vegan! Hope this helps! -Alex, RunGum Team

Would this be appropriate for a 14 year old varsity cross country runner to use?

Is Caffeine appropriate for a teen? There are many studies that speak to the impact caffeine has on children and teens. I’m not saying they are all true but some have merit. Are you willing to take the risk on the health impacts it may have?
