The hot is REALLY HOT!!! it’s not just spicy like a lot of others. Even the medium is hotter then most other brands of chiles are.

Q: what type of salt ? sea salt now is testing positive for plastics

The salt is normal table salt, not sea salt. The lime juice is fresh lime juice, and the garlic is granulated.

Q: Can you freeze after opening?

Yes, but I would transfer to another container or make sure there is at least 1 inch from the top since food expands when freezing and can easily break a glass jar.

Q: this vs 505 flame roasted green?

The 505 only comes in medium heat. I think it is better with a bit of heat to it.
