Absolutely love the taste of the nuclear birthday cake energy powder.

tastes like Vanilla ice cream!!!
However it leaves an unusual chemical-like aftertaste. Perhaps from all the caffeine in it. Not quite sure. Incredibly sweet though. Like the more you put in your mouth the more it will taste like vanilla soft serve or that blue birthday cake ice cream...omg would love to get more. If not for the weird after taste, I'd rate it as a five.

Yellowcake that tastes like Yellow Cake
I picked this item up as an impulse-buy at a local computer store. In truth, I bought it because I had a project that needed plastic test-tubes...the energy powder was a bonus. Although it touts gobs of radioactive caffeine energy, said caffeine did not seem to affect me -- other than giving the powder a *slight* bitterness. The powder is very fine-grain, so the tube might require a few sharp smacks (with the cap on!) to dislodge the powder from the walls of the tube. The powder does indeed taste like "yellow cake," which is a pun on the term "yellowcake" which according to Wikipedia is a kind of uranium concentrate powder obtained from leach solutions, in an intermediate step in the processing of uranium ores. Who says candy can't be educational! The re-sealable container means that caffeine-sensitive people can "sip" the powder over a period of time. But come on...who sips *anything* cake-batter flavored?!? That being the case, it might be a little pricey for something that goes down the hatch so quickly, but you do get a cool plastic test tube as a keepsake for your money. That and if you're only a couple of bucks away from Amazon free shipping... The store only had Uranium, and I look forward to trying the other flavors.
