How do you use this in combination with the other coal tar stuff do you use one one day and the other stuff another day??

I tend to use a salicylic acid shampoo first and then follow-up with a coal-tar shampoo (which are not linked to skin cancer, according to NIH, and other relevant studies).

Can you use on color treated hair?

It doesn't say anything about using on color treated hair on the packaging or bottle. But there is a website, www.MG217.com for any questions.

How is this different from other Salicylic Acid shampoos?

I'm not sure if it has a more concentrated acid content, but the MG217 is a good brand. Both their coal tar and salicylic acid topical ointments have worked for me. Patches that I have had for over 3 years have disappeared with those 2 ointments. Personally I didn't see as much progress with this shampoo as I do with homemade apple cider vinegar shampoos, but I did see some results. It did make my dandruff worse though. It would be worth a try because different people react differently to different solutions. Their other products have worked wonders for me.

So after washing my hair with it what else show i use ??

It can be little drying, so I use conditioner that is gentle on your hair avoiding roots.
