Seiko QXA520WLH Metal Non Ticking Wall Clock, White, 11 Inch

I love it! Just what I wanted. Beautiful subtle design that bland with my decor; quiet as promised and is a SEIKO brand that based on past experience, it a brand to trust. So content with this purchase and it definitely worth the price.

Seiko is a premium watch brand. Accurate timepiece and classy styling. This wall clock is a classic. I love it!!!

This clock is Awesome! Quiet as the still of the night. Exactly what I wanted. If I had to find anything at all wrong with it, it would have to be the sweep hand is hard to see depending on the angle of light in the room. They could easily make it black like the hour and minute hand but it's nothing really to complain about. My hearing is extremely sensitive (I can hear a pin hit the carpet) and it seems like every new generation of battery powered clocks get louder. A ticking clock is like a time bomb ready to go off any moment so I was looking for a quiet clock with a sweep hand for my kitchen wall and this beauty hit the bulls eye. I love the smooth sweep instead of jerky movements. It has a plastic cover but you don't notice it and just to take a quick peek you'd think it was glass. The white rim on the outside matches my appliances perfectly. It's loverly! I would recommend this clock to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful clock for any room, any reason, any price. The clock is attractive, accurate, and silent. I was initially concerned about visibility of seeing the hands against the silver colored dial, but this hasn't been an issue, though I would have preferred a white dial. The minor issue is the presence of a small white "spec" of debris stuck on the dial, and another one on the back of the plastic cover. Since there is no access between the dial and cover, I am unable to clean these off. I decided not to return it, as the replacement might have the same issue or worse. I think it is a quality control issue at the factory.

My kitchen clock is so cute. Expensive. Cuckoo with Tinkerbell. Tink sweeps out on the hour...well the wire broke and her one door stays open...ok...what time is it? Can't really see it very well, so I painted the clock hands....better. Finally when the time was way off, instead of changing the batteries on the half broken back door. Decided after looking and looking to purchase this clock. And why did I wait? LOVE IT! Looks nice and sleek and modern. The clear rim allows the clock to blend in with any decor. The white rim goes well with my white kitchen cabines. The second hand softly and quietly sweeps along. Tink is retired to the basement play room. Now I actually at a glance know what time it is! Even came with a battery and a screw. Nice quality. So glad I went for it!

Got this because I was sick and tired of having a really cheap wall clock either running too fast or too slow after less than 24 hours of run time. Within 1 year I've gone through 4 cheap wall clocks and decided to try something else. Since I'm an owner of many Seiko watches, I figured I'd try a Seiko Wall Clock in hopes that I'd have better luck. So far, it's been about 3 days and it is keeping great time. Love the fact that it is very quiet and does not have the quartz ticking second hand. Instead, the second hand has the sweeping movement like one of my automatic watches. Hoping for the best in the future for this wall clock. However, after 3 days of running great, this is a record for me and as of now, I'm satisfied with this wall clock. Also, it has a real clean modern look that is very pleasing to the eye.

I’d like to say that I like my sweeping seconds Automatic movements in watches as a hobby and find it befitting to get Seiko that also has this smooth sweep. I purchased this expecting a white frame and simple to read black hands against a brushed silver dial. Has a silver seconds hand that sweeps nicely through its revolution, no jittery or loud tick as you’d expect from other quartz operated movements. Only think I’ve noticed is that there’s a slight misalignment at 6 o’clock being a cm more to the right, otherwise it’d be spot on.. but you can’t really expect perfection out of a Grant and under wall clock? All in all a good buy.

Item was defective and could not keep correct time.Seller was great in that a replacement was immediately dispatched and defective item was returned with no problems. Hopefully replacement is fine.
