Après avoir essayé avec plusieurs brûleurs, je suis retourné aux outils d'autrefois. Il suffit de faire chauffer le fer quelques minutes sur la flamme et le tour est joué. Le sucre (blanc) fond rapidement pour faire une belle couche de caramel sur mes crèmes. Facile et rapide.
