I have used traditional medicinals teas for decades and while raising our kids. We have used a slew of different ones from raspberry leaf for our daughter’s cramps to echinacea plus for colds, flus etc. It’s the first thing all our adult kids turn to when they get sick or are feeling under the weather. Add some fire honey to any flavor for a boosted benefit. They work so well and are so soothing when you are sick.

This is a very delicious and addicting tea. Adding a bit of honey and little lemon, and it’s the most tasty drink to have when feeling sick or just wanting a warm beverage. I can never just have one glass, I normally make two!
