Works Great!
This definitely helps my digestion, without stomach pain or any other side effects. I take 1 daily at night and don't wake up feeling like I have a bag of rocks in my tummy.

If you want to balance pitta vata kapha dosas in aryuveda then try it. It won't replace diet but will assist your efforts

Best so Far
This brand (Best Naturals)) has the same ingredients as Organic India. The price is different but it works out to be slightly cheaper with Best Naturals, Organic India's has160mg x 3 ingredients giving you 480mg per serving. Best Naturals has 250mg x 3 ingredients which will give you 750mg per serving. Apart from the small price difference I especially like that all the capsules (pills) have the same consistent color. It gives me added confidence in their quality assurance. If all the 3 ingredients were well mixed prior to being encapsulated there should not be such a noticeable color variation in the pills.

Great staff that works!
I had been using Triphala for at least 6 months now, and was looking for a product without fillers/binders. Best Naturals' Triphala is exactly it. Triphala works wonders for my sluggish bowel... I no, this does not sound good, but some people can have this sort of problem despite very "clean" diet, completely normal colonoscopy, active lifestyle, ext.. That had been my case for my whole life. I have tried every other natural remedy out there, and Triphala is the only one with ZERO side effects for me. The only way this product could be made better (for me, not necessarily for others) is to increase the dose to 1000 mg per capsule, as I have to take 6 per day. Others will probable need less(?). On the other hand, smaller capsules are easier to swallow. P.S. Service was great!

Don't Waste Your Money
This brand came in capsules (the only reason I tried it). I usually get Planetary Naturals Triphala and am very pleased with that brand, except that the tablets are HUGE, but the quality is excellent. Not sure what's different with this brand, but it's just not the same.

Wonderful Aid In My Diet
This product is amazing. I honestly bought this to help aid in weight loss, but it has been doing wonders for my skin. I have acne prone skin and this product has helped with my flare-ups and cystic acne. I use it once a day, but everyone is different. I take this when I wake up in the morning. Also, it has been helping to manage my weight. FYI: If you think you can take this supplement by itself and see results, you are wrong. You will need to change your diet and exercise. It is not a miracle pill. It is a wonderful aid.
