I bought these to use post op following a hysterectomy and I’m so glad I did, as the stretchy paper waist part is really giving and comfortable against stitches. I’m a size 18 and the XL was fine.

Does what it is meant to. Comfortable and absorbant.

Provides peace of mind for mum. The only downside is that they are warm in hotter weather. Good fit and not like a nappy.
