I contacted the supplier hotec They were promt to message back within 48 hours we did some troubleshooting and when this failed they offered me a full refund I repurchase a different one from the same company and so far so good. We are back to enjoying home karaoke I have changed my ratings from 1 star to 5 🌟 for the wonderful customer service. So I ordered this item less then 4 months ago at first it was working great . But when I recently turned it on it would not connect to the speaker I have tried all the things it says to do and still no connection with speakers both Bluetooth seem to be on but nothing .

37 years singing. This little portable PA system has the power to hold it's own "reasonable well" even in large auditorium like a church. Good clear sound for vocals and music even when the volume is turned up because the speaker does not distort - sounds clear and full. Not remarkable for bass but sound comes across balanced not tinny in my opinion. Wireless mics work and transmits voice crisp and clear without distortion. Bluetooth syncs the first time automatically every time the unit it is turned on. That is a plus. SD card and USB works right too the first time. All the button functions on the unit actually work with the remote too. That is a plus - plus - plus! I play my viola to the SD card and that sounds great. Well, it works for me and that is what is important! If you are looking for a hassle free portable PA equipment you may want to consider this unit. For the price the quality and design is nicely balanced - a perfect companion if you do not want to set up your fancy audio equipment for smaller gigs.

It feels a little plasticky and cheap but you get what you pay for- it gets the job done. Microphones connect seamlessly to the amp, and the amp is loud enough for a small gathering (I use it for work presentations). The amp has Bluetooth so you can sync it with your computer or phone to play music. The only downside is you can't use Bluetooth to make the microphones an audio input on your computer (which is a bummer, but again, it's two mics and an amp for $120). ***A NOTE ABOUT BATTERIES AND THE MICROPHONES*** I put Amazon Basics batteries in the microphones, and one didn't turn on and the other only displayed one bar of battery. I swapped them out for Panasonic batteries and they both turned on with full bars of battery charge no problem. So if your microphones don't turn on, make sure it's a battery problem first.

WE like this over than the megaphone. Took a bit to figure out how to use it. Great to have 2 Mics. Very clear. WE use it for meetings not music.

Good quality compared to slightly cheaper devices. Setup is straightforward if slightly tedious. Note that the microphones take 2 AA batteries and the remote takes 2 AAA batteries (neither are included). Sound quality is better than I expected. Bluetooth connected fine but has a jittery connection sometimes (not always). The volume should be adequate but I wish it would go above max (level 30). The microphone volume cannot be controlled from the microphones themselves or the remote. You have to physically turn the dial on the top left of the base station (and it's different from the volume that the remote can control). The remote should have separate volume controls for the microphones (even independently). Also, the microphone sensitivity is low...it has to be within inches of your mouth to pick up speech (and it's not adjustable). But, overall, fine for the money. Just don't expect perfection.
