Emwave Personal Stress Reliever Blueby: Heartmath Llc

I first learned how to use one of these in a stress reduction class my doctor recommended years ago. I used it for quite a while, but the family rabbit chewed up my ear sensor and I didn't feel like I could justify buying a new one (even though you can do without, but I prefer it with the ear sensor). When I found the unit in the bottom of a drawer last year, I hadn't used it in so long, I gave it away. What a mistake!!! I'm now going through a really rough patch in my life and I have wanted it back so much! So I just got my new one today and was really happy to see it. Charging it now and even watching the charging lights is comforting to me. I should have just bought the darn ear sensor!
