Fresh bread whenever I want
A brilliant fairly compact machine! it has numerous programmes for baking different types of bread, many of which I'm yet to try out, but the loafs that have been baked so far have tasted amazing, and the texture of the bread created was soft and fluffy. Since setting this up, I haven't had any need to buy bread from a supermarket. It might seem a tad expensive, but it is definitely worth it. It is surprisingly easy to use too, just put in the wet ingredients, the dry, then the yeast, and set it going and 3 hours later, you have freshly baked bread.

Great COMPACT bread maker for Non Bakers
Great machine, compact and fits on worktop. Instructions are really straight forward to follow and the timer makes it so easy to just throw the ingredients in before bed and then wake up to fresh bread in the morning. Im no baker and 💯 wouldn't have considered making bread by hand so this is great, it takes all the hassle away and the bread itself is really nice. No more wondering what long term damage the e numbers and preservatives in the processed bread will be doing. Excellent COMPACT machine👍

A very good bread maker... so long as you ignore the manual!!
I've had quite a few bread makers over the years. And this is as good as any of them... in some ways better. The good bits: It's very simple to use. It looks good. I love the ceramic pan. It's easy to clean. It's got a good loud buzzer. It makes good bread. It comes with a spare paddle. The OK bits: It's a generic Chinese brand and can be found under various model names. It looks like spare pans and paddles are available and I THINK it's a Kitfort Kt304 model, although the label says MBF010. If the Kt304 pans are compatible, the pan prices vary but all are way under the cost of replacing a pan on one of the major brands (e.g. Panasonic pans are typically £99!) The not so good bits: It's very easy to accidentally hit the start button when fiddling with the menu settings. It would be better if you had to press and hold the button to start it. The basic bread recipe cooks a bit on the light side, even on the darkest setting. But you can get around this by using the French or Whole Wheat Bread settings, which have a very similar program but cook for 8-10 mins longer. There's no way of programming in your own settings or adjusting the presets. The manual... where do I start?!!! The manual is appalling! Written in very basic Chinglish, full of spelling mistakes and unreadable grammar. And for using the machine it's totally pointless - it's easy enough to figure out how to use the machine without the manual. But the one thing that is going to put people off bread makers, and I've seen this with every bread maker I've owned, is the basic recipes. First of all, this manual doesn't actually have any recipes, except for what they call a "Common formula for Western style bread" and lists flour, milk, eggs, sugar, yeast and butter!! NO!... unless possibly if you're in America, THIS IS NOT A RECIPE FOR WESTERN STYLE BREAD, IT'S A RECIPE FOR CAKE!!! Anyone in the UK or Europe would be far more likely to use Water, Flour, Oil, Sugar, salt and yeast. When will bread maker manufacturers realise this and start producing manuals for the European market?! The fact that the manual is SO bad is the only reason I've knocked off a star. other than that this is a good machine, at a good price, which is capable of making good bread... if you ignore the diabolical manual.

Only buy the Keepeez breadmaker if you want to bake bricks instead of bread.
Absolutely AWFUL. It cooks bricks instead of bread. All the recipes are American and need loads of sugar. We DO NOT put TABLESPOONS of sugar into bread in Britain. The machine is also very noisy in action. I bought the machine because it has a ceramic pan and paddle, but this feature does not compensate for the awful bread it bakes. After 20 years using my Panasonic breadmaker and baking loaf after loaf of delightfully different and delicious types of bread, I deeply regret buying the Keepeez breadmaker. It is not fit for my purpose. How do I return it and get my money back?

Best 1K Bread Machine
I have had a few Bread Machines and this one is by far the best! I bake a loaf every few days. This one cooks an even loaf shaped bread in a ceramic pan, no Teflon. It kneads twice and rises thrice on the Wholemeal setting. It has 17 options; like cake, dough, bake only etc without being over the top and complicated. Comes with a spare paddle/nurdle and a free Oven Mitt that is a very usable size, not too large or thick. It dispels condensation during the 2nd rise; the Window becomes clear again and, it looks great! Not at all oversized, only the pan is large. I LOVE IT! I think you will too. I use 500grams wholemeal flour on the 1K setting, perfect! Happy to recommend!

Bread results are good. Poor instructions.
Good results for bread. This machine does not appear to have a "pizza dough" programme, and the uncooked recipe does not work, unless you leave to proof in a warm place, as you would do for a manually-made dough. However, the two main issues I have with this machine are: 1. the instruction booklet. The instructions seem to be badly translated into English, to the point where they make no sense at all. The two booklets give different quantities for seemingly similar recipes. Fortunately, I have been using a bread maker for over 20 years, so I can adapt. 2. The second point is the seed/fruit dispenser. It is not easy to use. What's more, a very tiny spring which operates the closure of the door came undone after the second use, and all the seeds went all over the machine! I had to pull the compartment to pieces, unscrewing the various parts, and place the spring back in with tweezers, then put the seed dispenser back together. This is not a budget breadmaker, and it should not have happened.

Would recommend
Excellent bread maker. It is a bit noisy but nothing that disturbs. I bought this to place my old machine which had a teflon pan, this one is much safer. I would recommend this machine but the recipes are a bit strange, using butter in a bread recipe?? I am sticking with my old recipe book.
