Effective, easily dissolved packets
Great little energy boost! I love these things. I usually don't use the entire packet in my tumbler of water as it gets a bit sweet for my taste, but that's your call. The flavors are mildish and not overwhelming. I really like the fact that these packets dissolve very easily and completely in water - sometimes I don't even have to stir. These aren't like "energy" drinks, but just a nice revival of your electrolyte depletion after exercise or hard work - or after an illness that might sap your energy a bit. And, in my case, since I don't use a whole packet (only about half per 16 oz. of water), it's especially economic.

Best Electrolytes for Diabetics and Heart issues
These are my favorite electrolytes on the market. Multiple flavors, they dissolve immediately, low sodium and zero sugar. I'm diabetic and I've had trip6heart bypass so I have to be careful and these are perfect!

Sugar free and just the right sweetness
After trying so many hydration packs, Nectar is my favorite. It is sugar free and tastes great. Not overly sweet like some of the others. The flavors have all been great, although I have my favorites. Very Berry and cherry pomegranate are the best.

Best electrolyte supplement
I have been using this electrolyte brand for a while and it’s always been the best. Clean ingredients and a clean taste. Perfect for my morning routine

Weak flavor and doesn't fully dissolve
The powder didnt mix well and the flavor was weak. There was powder residue at the bottom of my glass that never dissolved. I threw the rest of the packets away.
