This item works as intended. I used it for my VW Beetle to go from and inline filter to my dual carb setup. Fitting worked like it should and the hose had no issues sliding onto this fitting.The machining quality of this fitting is very good. I didn't notice any sharp edges that could cut the hose or interfere with fuel flow.

Inexpensive and leak free. Fit on an Edelbrock anodized fuel filter. A 6AN wrench does not fit had to install with a Crescent wrench.

AN8 Fits Perfect

I'm an A&P, working on my personal EAB airplane. I needed this fitting, and after spending several minutes, on Aircraft Spruce's site, with no success, I thought, what the heck, try Amazon. I got it "Next Day" and have it installed. It is well built and certainly, AN quality, but it is not 11/16, it did fit and has not leaked, as of yet. I'll keep a close watch, on it, but feel it will do as well as the $18 one, from Aircraft Spruce. It is NOT approved for Certified Aircraft.
