This coffee is great! It's easy to make cold brew with it since the coffee is in little teabag-like pouches, but you can also brew it hot like tea and let it steep for 5-8 minutes (depending on the strength you want). I recommend you go to the Chamberlin Coffee website and check out the videos of Emma, she has quick little videos showing you how to make easy recipes for drinks using the pouches. I love that it's organic and that she recommends using vegan ingredients in her recipes. I really like the way the pouches look with the artwork on it, I would probably buy it to try just because of that. If you want the most caffeinated blend, then go with the early bird one instead of this.

so fire! fun having different flavors. super easy and convenient to use to make coffees. i offen use them in lattes and each bag can make 2-3 larger iced lattes. easy to save and a lifesaver to have already cold coffee in your fridge on a busy morning. the packets and packages itself are so cute.

I was really hoping for this coffee to be great based on all the raving reviews. I will say that it is definitely tasty, but it is so weak. I’ve tried leaving it for over 24 hours and it still has no strength. My first overnight 8 hour brew was so pale and weak that I had to leave it longer to make it drinkable. Tonight I am going to try brewing 2 pouches in 8 oz to see if that makes it strong enough. But for the price, if you enjoy good cold brew or strong coffee, this is probably not the choice. I also found that while the pouches smell great and just like the flavor on the bag (cake batter etc) when you first take them out, the coffee itself really doesn’t end up having that flavor.

These are absolutely delicious. Emma Chamberlain is a genius for creating these. The coffee bags make these super convenient and easy to use.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I was looking for coffee that I could take on the go, that would be easy to prepare and taste great. I’m sold, I prepared hot, and it’s so delicious!
