I'm a big fan of Drip Drop with the sugar and not the no sugar variety because I cannot have the no sugar for medical reasons. I'm also on a low sodium diet and these have 330mg of sodium, but they do not reacte my Menieres symptoms (I usually only drink half a packet when I get dehydrated). This is only the third brand of powder electrolytes I’ve tried, but it’s not my favorite. I do not like the lemon flavor, the orange flavor is ok (tastes like an orange drink from the 1990’s). I do like the berry and the watermelon is meh. What i do like about this product is that it doesn’t taste salty to me like other brands, probably because the sodium is less than others. Also, this pack only requires 8oz of water, where other brands want you to mix with 16oz. I still mixed with 16oz, but it’s nice you have that option of less water. I haven’t yet tried the sugar free one, not sure if I will.

I have been using this brand for almost 2 years now for my husband through his chemo treatments etc. to keep his electrolytes up. It works and the taste is accustomed him so 🙌🏼

Tasted great and the flavor was sidle and not over powering in taste and it looked cute in my water bottle with a hint of crushed ice
