Jun means pure. Originally launched in 1977 Jun has been one of the most popular multiple distilled type shochus in Japan. It is made with a unique blending process where 11 different shochus are aged in oak casks and then blended together. NOSE: Medium bodied, crisp with hints of vanilla. PALATE: Light and sweet honey notes. Can also be used in cocktails or served with juice.Drink on the rocks or straight.
