What other purpose than taste this product is good for?...i am getting a problem when I bag my cotton candy..after 4 hours in the selling it draws smaller

I used to make cotton candy for a large summer amusement park and we could store cotton candy for 7 days. Maybe there should be more air in the bag or maybe using too much flavoring is weighing down the sugar strands. May be the humidity is making it heavy and "wet". Good luck

whats the real purpose for this product...does this help the corton candy to hold or last longer when bag to sell out doors...what does?

It is simply flavoring used to make your own cotton candy sugar. You mix a very small amount with table sugar and then use as you normally would. More color than flavor like all cotton candy flavors. Saves money. It does not help the product to last longer. I do not know of an affordable way to extend the life. It is so humid here in the summer it is probably a losing battle.If you are getting a really good markup you could experiment with some food safe desiccant packets, but they are pricey. At least 10 cents a piece or so. They sell some here on Amazon . You could experiment with those and then find a better price point on a bulk qty. somewhere else. Good luck.
