I bought the Eufy Sock and used it for five months. After that, it stopped connecting to the base and stopped showing readings. I contacted customer support and sent a video as they requested. They sent me the same troubleshooting instructions twice, which I followed, but it still didn’t work. Instead of honoring the warranty, they told me to contact the seller. The seller said they’re not responsible and told me to contact the brand. The brand then told me to contact the seller again. After being pushed back and forth with no solution, I gave up. I cannot use the product anymore, and my daughter, who is six months old, cannot use it either. This is a very expensive product, and the company refuses to take any responsibility. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. They do not care about their customers or the safety and usability of their products. I will not buy from Eufy again, and I will not recommend any of their products.

We recieved a defective sock at first but Eufy was really great about sending a replacement! Now I recommend this to every new parent I know! Monitors 02 and heart rate, will alert on your phone and also the charging hub will yell out "check on your baby!" if either drops too low. Rarely slips off position and I’ve pretty much never had a false alert. Occasionally a bit glitchy with the heartrate/movement when you first open the app, but not dangerous levels and typically resolves in 30 seconds. Can cause some rubbing on the bottom of the foot so dead skin starts flaking, but nothing major or painful. It saved a friend's baby's life!! Cheaper than Owlet and worth every penny.

My husband and I are REALLY happy with the Eufy sock. We haven’t had any “false” alarms, and it provides a peace of mind that we really needed as first time parents. The app is really easy to use and I love that it tracks blood oxygen levels AND heart rate. It’s half the price of the Owlet, so if you’re on a budget this is the way to go too! We also have the Eufy baby camera and monitor over the crib and it’s nice to have both the sock and crib screen all in the same app. I did a lot of research before putting this on our registry and I’m really happy with it. Highly recommend!

I love this sock. We have been using it for 6 months. The app is easy to use and it helps give yoy piece of mind at night. The reason I am giving it a 1 star is because how impossible it has been to find replacement socks. It came with 3 and during our sleep deprivation state we misplaced the larger sizes. We can not find them anywhere and it's time to switch because the small it way to small. I have looked everywhere including there website and you can not buy just the sock anywhere! Which is extremely disappointing because something we paid almost $300 for and planned tonuse for 18 months ...we can not longer use because the company does not sell just the socks. Which seems crazy to me.
