I add this into my sugar cookies as well as the icing and it's just sooo good. It is pricey but I think it really increases the quality and the smell alone will make your mouth water. I just took up baking and decorating cut cookies. This butter emulsion smells and tastes so good. The almond emulsion is really good too!

This product is fine but I wasn't expecting it to be sweet. It can only be used to add butter flavour to baked goods. I hoped to use it in savoury foods as well, because I'm allergic to real butter.
