Tasty
Super tasty. I was surprised that these were better than the cinnamon buns. Definitely more of a once every couple of days type of thing as a treat. I made the mistake of thinking that I could live off of just these while I was traveling abroad. I definitely got sick of them, but I still think that they’re the best protein snack that I’ve had.

Tastes like cheating.
These are delicious, and keep me full for hours. The texture is a little dense but warming it up in the microwave softens it into a delicious breakfast or afternoon treat with coffee. I appreciate the high protein content and that it is whey and not soy or pea protein. The plain cinnamon roll is good, a little overly sweet. The sticky bun is my favorite. I wish they weren't so pricey, hence four stars rather than five.

My new favorite protein breakfast.
This is a great product. 12 seconds on the microwave and the flavor and consistency is all there. Its more of a dense cinnamon roll. Highly recommend!

Save your money.
It was awful. The picture shows lots of toppings and icing on top. There was actually 2-3 nuts on top (see photo) of one of the buns. Another bun had none and a small swipe of icing that was so thin it looked like it was painted on with a dry brush. They seemed like they were stale. They were very dry. You will definitely need a cup of coffee or tea to get these down. Not worth the price charged.

Weird taste
The taste was super fake, too much artificial sugar and just nothing like a real cinnamon roll is.

Dense, heavy, but tasty!
I liked the flavor but they are VERY dense and a little dry. As a VSG patient I couldn’t get more than a few bites in. Definitely kind of heavy.
