シルバーとMBに継ぐ3本目の5000シリーズですがゴールドも予想通り重厚感があり最高です。新しいBZのゴールドと悩みましたが、ゴールドには黒文字盤が映えるのでコチラにしました。

派手過ぎず存在感があります。

G-SHOCK持ってる人はわかると思うけど意外とデカすぎないです。 デザインにもよるけどすごくミニマルな雰囲気もあって、つけたくなる時計です。 ピカピカでもかっこよくてガシガシ使って傷だらけでもかっこいいのが フルメタルG-SHOCKの良さで、唯一無二だと思います。 新しい構造のやつ、液晶は最高だけど旧版のほうがデザインは好みです。

同時期に発売されたGMW-BZ5000D-1JFのほうが人気があるようですが、こちらのGMW-B5000BT-1JFのブラックベゼルは今までの5000シリーズとはガラッと印象が変わり、ブラックが際立ちとても綺麗で迫力もあります。 購入して大満足でした！

とても使いがいあり、とても素晴らしい です。

形が気に入り購入しました。スマホで一日4回自動で時刻調整してます。電波でもできますがスマホが自分のそばにあるのでこちらを使っています。バンド調整は近所の時計販売店で無料でしてくれました。カシオの特約店なのでサービスとのことでした。持っているほかの腕時計が１００g前後ですが、この時計はバンド調整後１５０gでした。最初はちょっと重いかなと思いましたが、すぐになれました。文字も見やすく操作もいろいろできて便利です。取説は付属してますが簡易版です。詳細はアプリで見れます。自分はPDFでダウンロードして２０ページ印刷しました。どうしても紙の取説が欲しかってので印刷しいつでも見られるようにファイルに閉じてそばに置いてあります。やはり操作を早く覚えるにはこれが一番です。今は毎日つけています。

I purchased this watch in 2020 and it still looks and works great. I purchased my first black plastic square G-Shock in 1985 that got me through high school and college. Always been a fan of square G-shocks but I wanted to get away from black plastic digital watches. This watch fits the bill perfectly. However, it’s a blessing and a curse. You can wear this watch at work or play. However, it is very shiny so scratches show up easily and overall this watch is a scratch magnet. I recommend that you purchase polishing cloths to help polish the fine scratches out. As far as the top of the bezel, in the course of my five year ownership, I have removed the bezel twice to restore the brushed finish on top. Just used a fine scotchbrite pad to do this with the bezel face down. Looks new after I do this. Other than being a scratch magnet, the watch is tough and beautiful. Being solar and having Bluetooth is an added bonus. No regrets with my purchase.

Beautiful watch, buy if interested in metal squares

The metal-link watch I used to use daily [while working security at a casino remind you] before fit not too tight, but snug, but if u tug it a little too hard, it'll come undone. This is not the same type of clasp, and u can actually yank on it and it won't come undone which was my only concern, this being a metal link watch. >Just like another review I read, it's a thing you gotta like, especially for this kind of money. I've been a fan of G-Shocks since around 2011 when "Snapbacks, G-Shocks, and button up shirts" were the mainstream style, and this carries my love for G-Shocks into a modernized, more classy AND classic way (like a new version of an old model kind of feel). This one is really heavy compared to the resin ones where they feel light, and I never owned a "G-Shock Square" (but this one has the "3459 module", so it's basically the "Cadillac of G-Shock Squares" (you can get cheaper modules for way less money). It fit my style because it gives off the image best described as "classy, tough, AND timeless" because you're not a 'smart watch' user wearing a DEVICE as a watch, you'd rather have a really good quality timepiece instead by a legendary tier watch making company, and definitely NOT one of their cheaper watches. It shows you're a tough person who likes quality things and also isn't afraid to be tough or get your hands dirty when necessary and you'll just clean the watch later. Perfect for daily use if the weight doesn't bother you (you can just get replacement resin bands in any or more colors to match outfits if you like), and you properly take out as many links to where it's not rattling all around and loose on your wrist, waterparks, yard work while feeling like "THE man/woman", also while your watch CHARGES from the sun, or even wash it after the day of yard work with dish soap so it's squeaky clean and go out to dinner with the same watch too. >This actually a great price, because original price is $600, I was worried about authenticity but finally just pulled the trigger on it. When i got it, it says "Made In Japan" on the back, came with all the paperwork, and it connects to the app so it's legit. >Now with ANY solar watch, if you're ever concerned about not being outdoors enough, or not being out in sunlight enough for this to charge, simply buy a "solar watch charger". They seem cheaply made, but you don't ever need to go out into the sun, or rest your watch by the window if you get a solar watch charger. Literally a lifesaver. The only way you can check the battery level is while connected to the app. If it does down in some bars, just put it on the watch charger for like an hour or 2 at a time, and the battery level actually goes up to full and will stay full for a long time. Charge when necessary.
