If you are buying a top with soft upper door skins.... you do not need to purchase anything else. The seals come on the door skins.

What is the difference between denim and sailcloth?

Sail cloth is marketed as higher quality. However the difference is negligible as the seams will fail long before the fabric ever does on either version.
