I bought the Colorescience Flex in Medium because I had seen great reviews and liked the idea of a tinted mineral sunscreen. The formula itself felt really high quality and it did provide good sun protection, but the shade didn’t end up working for my skin tone. ✔️ What I liked: - Great daily mineral sun protection. - Lightweight texture and easy to apply. - Didn’t irritate my skin or cause breakouts. - Nice natural finish at first. ❌ What I didn’t like: - On my skin, the Medium shade looked orange. - The color didn’t blend well with my undertone. - I had to work it in quite a bit to avoid a noticeable line with my neck. I think the formula is really good, but the shade selection definitely requires care. In my case, it just wasn’t the right match

I’ve used many high-end foundations over the years, but Colorescience has become my everyday favorite. It feels incredibly lightweight on the skin and provides a natural, healthy-looking finish that doesn’t feel heavy or cakey. The added SPF is a huge bonus and makes my morning routine so much easier. I also love how perfectly it matches my skin tone, it blends seamlessly and looks like my skin, just more even and polished. If you prefer a natural, lightweight foundation with the added benefit of sun protection, this one is definitely worth trying.

this product was highly recommended to me by my esthetician. I was hesitant to try it because of the price point, but once I learned I could use my HSA funds I immediately purchased! the product is not overly greasy or oily- it gives a beautiful glow. I would recommend setting with a setting spray or powder for longevity. the coverage is buildable, but won't be a fix-all for someone desiring full coverage- as an acne girly, I am satisfied with this product while paired with a few dabs of my concealer. it works well with other colorescience products AND with my other everyday makeup products which was a huge plus for me. it doesn't feel heavy on the skin either which was also a huge selling point for me as someone who needs coverage but hates the feeling of a full face. all in all, I think the product is absolutely worth the money regardless of it being HSA approved or not. I would recommend to anyone who loves wearing makeup but also is looking for something light and effortless. one note about the shade- I have fair olive skin but tan easily, so I got the shade "light" -but I might try the shade "fair" next time as this shade pulls slightly orange on me. the shade matching can be difficult, but I think that's to be expected with a color changing product.

Love this product. Comes out of the tube white but changes color as you apply. I find you do need moisturizer on your face to get a smoother application - I tend to mix it with my moisturizer before applying and it works well. Am currently on my 3rd tube of the stuff. A bit pricey, but for my skin it sits better than most other products I've tried and doesn't make me break out or look shiny.

Finally, a tinted mineral sunscreen that covers like a lightweight foundation instead of a light moisturizer! The others I tried lightly evened out my skin (some better than others) but didn't cover any blemishes under eye circles or freckles at all. I don't mind that for a makeup free day, but I needed something for days where I want to look more put together. This is it! No bad smell, excellent coverage, my own skin still shows through and the color matching was crazily accurate. I tried the La Roche-Posay Anthelios Mineral Tinted Sunscreen SPF 50 and had 2 issues with it; it was way too light (and I'm a light medium skinned, blue eyed blonde) and the smell was worse than a garbage dump on a hot South Carolina day in August. Actually, the smell was not one I could even place, and I'm not kidding. Yes, the smell wore off but who even wants that on their face at all?? I bought the ISDIN Ultralight tinted mineral sunscreen SPF 50 from my dermatologist. It is a little runny but the color was good and it's mineral based, which is better for those of us who have had cancerous spots. I did get little whiteheads on my cheeks, around my jawline and on my forehead, and that's not ideal. I did return it. The Cetaphil Everyday Sunscreen Tinted Face Lotion SPF 40 is a bargain price, doesn't smell, doesn't clog my pores and is my go to for no makeup days. It just looks like my skin, but better, BUT provides no coverage for any blemishes. All in all, I find the Colorscience to win in each and every category. Any extra expense will be more than compensated for given that I no longer need to buy foundation. I could not be happier and am deleting all of the saved for later tinted mineral sunscreens that remain in my cart.

I usually am a deep heavy researcher before buying, but since this was recommended to me and I saw the raving reviews, I just went ahead and ordered it. For $60 I was expecting a bit larger bottle maybe 2.4 fl oz instead of 1.8 fl oz and that the bottle would have a pump so you can portion control better and only use what you need to make the product last as long as possible. When I first gently squeezed the bottle to try the product on my hand, too much product came out. 😫 I think there was an air bubble. So I do hope they can update the design to a pump bottle instead of a squeeze bottle soon or at least provide an option. Since I’m sure there are people who like the squeeze bottle too. There’s pros and cons to both. It’s kind of growing on me now since you cannn have more control with a squeeze bottle if you’re careful. I don’t know, for the price, I was just expecting a pump because it seems fancier. 😅 This is my warning to you, be very careful when first squeezing! Haha 😅 You can always add more, but you can’t go back if you squeeze too much out. Design features and portion disappointments aside, the product feels amazing! It goes on white, but as you massage it in, it perfectly color matches to your skin! It’s like a magic trick! 🪄 It feels so light weight and like nothing is really there at all! The bottle does feel quite heavy for its small size so it feels like there is a lot of product packed in there. We shall see how long it lasts me. If it lasts about a month with daily application, I believe I will buy again since you are getting 2+ products in one! Definitely worth it if it lasts a while. If it works out, it’ll actually save you money. A good foundation alone costs $45+ I would recommend. Just know that it is a rather small bottle and doesn’t have a pump. If you’re okay with spending $60 on 1.8 fl oz of tinted spf, go for it! The product itself feels very high quality and luxurious. I’ll try to come back for a 30 day updated review. I have been using this religiously as my foundation for over a year! I love it. It works best for me when I use moistuzer, let it dry enough so you have a little slip. A LITTLE goes a long way and double check the bottle because even when it feels empty it’s not fully empty :) it’s not a full coverage approach to foundation I use an elf glo setting over it in winter . It’s light weight and the SPF was what I was looking for!

I really like this product. I have been searching for a long time. Going through the tedious task of purchasing multiple tinted sunscreens to find one that would match my skin tone and wouldn’t be to heavy or to greasy. Basically I don’t want to wear makeup but I want to protect my skin from the sun and have a little something to even out my skin tone. I finally found one with colorescience! It goes on white but as you spread it across your face it starts to just blend into your skin tone. It does feel a little heavy at first but that’s because a little goes a long way. So once you spread that out across your face it’s very lightweight, doesn’t look or feel greasy, and gives an even skin tone to your face. I tried to colors. One was fair and the other light. Both blended in perfectly. One was slightly lighter than the other. My husband liked the slighter darker one which when I say slightly darker it just gave me a bit of a glow. I liked the slightly lighter one. So I decided to keep both and wear the lighter one on most indoor days and wear the slightly darker one on outdoor or going out somewhere days. It’s just a great product you can’t go wrong. It’s smooth and feels hydrating. I have more mature skin and it doesn’t cake up in the creases and wrinkles making them more obvious. Same thing for the pores. It doesn’t over exaggerated the pores like some do. I am going to keep using this.

This is moisturizing yet not greasy. It spreads beautifully over the face and the pigments are not too intense but covers nicely. Leaves a lovely glow on the skin. Its worth every penny I paid. I have dry skin.

La mejor base que he tenido idependientemente del precio, cae cada céntimo que pague por el. Se adapta a tu piel y tapa manchas en forma súper eficaz.

It is quite expencive and it took me a while to decide to buy it. But it is 100 % worth it. Amazing product!! Works perfectly for me.
