These came packaged safely. In art painting, sometimes you want different shapes than you can draw yourself. On a new project, I did 1 or 2 with the whole stencil, & filled other space with just sections of the whole stencil. I got a 95% grade on the project I used them for which is a very pleasing added bonus! If you see wiggly places it's because I had a traumatic brain injury that makes my hands shake. Highly recommend!

These were actually better than I expected them to be with only one flaw. Which is why I’m only giving them 4 stars. Ok, that loss of a star is only a personal preference so these may be a 5 star for other people. Here’s why. These are made pretty thick and the clarity of the green plastic is crystal clear. Now the thickness may be great for others, but I was hoping for a little more flexibility to it. More bendable. But I’m afraid that if these were flexed a bit too much they may crack or break. Being more flexible helps out with people using these for airbrushing. So I’m still searching for a set of these that has the same plastic used as the name brand templates made for drafters and architecture. However, using these French curves to trace out the same shapes on thinner acetate and cutting it out worked great. These are definitely a nice sturdy set of large French curves, so these might be exactly what some of you may be looking for. So yes, I would definitely suggest these to others. The price is definitely worth what your getting here. It’s also nice to have a set or two of these put back in your art supplies collection. I hope this review helps some of you out looking for a nice set of large French curves.

Excellent value for this large set of medium sized plastic french curve tools! Strong material, graceful designs. Perfect to the door deliver on time too!

They are very necessary when I am creating art in the art nouveau style.

I'm gifting one set to a teenage artist and I used one for myself just to create a fun design that I then used watercolor paints just to pass the time. Of course take care that they aren't bent and broken as they are plastic templates.
