Worked perfectly, easy to install and does what’s it’s suppose to do.

A great product. Easy to install. Much superior to the previous panel I had that was spring loaded. This covers the opening and is easy to access by simply opening the door.

This is exactly what I was looking for. The only caveat is the turn button. It needs to pop out more for ease of use. I use it for covering up a bathroom fan wall to the outside. I didn't want any bugs to get inside the house or any wind with the fan off. I didn't want to cut any holes so this had pre-drilled holes for screwing. You have to screw exactly in the middle of the hole because this plastic is flimy. Too much to the side of the hole then the door won't close. I had to play around with it a little bit till it was just right. The only complaint is the turn button to lock and unlock. It's so small. This was the only thing I can find to cover my 9" x 9" fan.

I noticed some reviews state this item is flimsy or not sturdy. I find it to be actually quite perfect and easy to open. It was used in a hole in drywall were we have access to outside faucet lines. We only open it maybe twice a year, but I have NEVER had an issue. Works great and does the job. If you are opening it every day maybe I could see a possible issue of durability. However, if you are using it occasionally as it is INTENDED for it is a no brainer product to purchase! I have MULTIPLE of these.

The access panel installs fairly easy. It sits over the drywall, it does not sit flush in the wall. The plastic it is made out of is rather thin, so the door does have some flex to it, a bit flimsy. Main issue I had with it, the door does not seem to fully close tight to the panel, leaves a gap, as the latch mechanism seems too loose. Only way I could see to fix it quickly was to add many layers of tape to the ledge the latch clips on to. That adds enough thickness to the ledge, so the door fits more snug and doesn't hang loose. Ended up putting primer and paint on it. Did not have the time to wait for an exchange or order a different access panel. Overall the product is ok, though probably would not order again for other projects, more options to try in the same price range.
