My favorite cotija on the market!
I’ve become a big fan of cotija, and since it’s not always easy to find, I’ve tried lots of varieties commonly carried by grocery stores (and Amazon Fresh) in my area. Of all of them, this one is my favorite. The taste is great, and it crumbles on top of guacamole, tacos, etc. very easily and finely (no grating needed).

So Good!!!
So good!!!! I was reminiscing about this really good cheese I tried in Mexico and complaining about how American cheese tastes so bad. Then I ordered this stuff and it tastes almost identical to the one I had. It’s delicious. It’s salty and crumbles, but also melts of you want to have it on a quesadilla. Would recommend 100%!

Delicious Cotija
I am no cotija expert and I may get a lesson in good cotija during a future trip to Mexico but I have tried lots of cotija brands and this is by far the best. It crumbles well, salty, w a good cheese funk. Other brands tend to be quite rubbery and have much less flavor

Stronger tasting then Feta; crumbles like bottled dry parmesan.
Used it on a spinich salad with Strawberry wine vinegrette. Also lightly on fried tacos. -It's very pugnant tasting good paired with something sweet. I've never met a cheese I don't like... This is Not a cheese you can just pop in your mouth. It's very strong and very dry. (Crumbles like sand). Delicious when paired with the right food I wouldn't suggest alone. :-)~.

This is a block and not pre-crumbled. Tastes great!
Ordered this by mistake thinking it was crumbled already. Instead it is a hunk of cotija. I just get out any random utensil and gently chip away at it to make it crumble. This actually lasts longer and it tastes fresher. Pleasant surprise.
