This book is very interesting. I bought this book for my garde manger class.It helps me learn more than in the class and improve my skills.I would recommend this one.

This is such a fun book. The ideas are so clever, and the instructions very clear.

Nice pictures but these are some advanced carvings. And that beings said, it certainly is NOT a 'step by step' book. Six steps is the longest step by step instruction in the book. The instructions are simply lacking...

Perfect that the book has been ordered into fruits and vegetables, which makes everything clear.
