This Omega plant based product it’s a bit pricey, but it’s very good

I was concerned about fishy burps or stomach upset, and I hadn’t had none of that. I think they’re doing great. I had great energy. There’s no smell no stomach discomfort. I will purchase again.

My dry eye is so severe that my prescription was seriously affected and my vision blurry. My doc wouldn’t even do a yearly exam till we got it under control bc she knew the readings would not be accurate if she did. So I asked her what she recommends and it was a prescription eye drop, this exact product, the addition of a humidifier to my bed side and a heated eye mask. With all of that, they are so much better. I’m very thankful for this product and how it is playing a part in my eye health.

It just checks all the boxes: plant-based, high EPA, high DHA, and the bonus of vitamin D and its needed complement, K2. I supplement the vitamin D with 4000 IU more (for a 6000 IU total) from New Chapter. Good stuff.

An excellent supplement for supporting the body, especially during the winter season. After a one-month course, the condition of my skin improved noticeably (dryness disappeared), my hair stopped falling out as much, and it regained its shine. I also noticed improved concentration and reduced fatigue toward the end of the workday. The capsules are standard-sized, easy to swallow, and leave no fishy aftertaste. I have been using this brand for a long time and am always pleased with the results!

Omega Plant Based Vitamin with Vitamin D3 and K2. Supports Brain Health, heart, bone, mood and immune health. Manufacturing of the product looks good, the information indicates that it is Non-GMO, Plant based, sustainably sourced and certified vegan. Also claims to be free of Gluten, Milk derivatives, soy and synthetic dyes. I did not like the fact that this item contained 'Natural Flavor' as part of the ingredients. In many cases this is a mixture that is made without the ingredients of it having to be listed on the label. It is hard to tell if they were listed or not but I typically try to avoid those ingredients. I usually avoid flavored products for this reason, although this product looked like a quality product so I decided to give it a try and so far have not noticed any negative effects. Overall a decent value for the cost.
