Cons - Rattles when shaken, ink doesn't last long, when used for long time the matte black goes away, the blue gem is tacky. Pros- super compact for a 4+1 multipen, all metal, simple and reliable ink change mechanism, great weight balance, excellent writer.

The pen is of excellent quality, both in finish and in mechanical operation. The refills are also of excellent quality, unfortunately at this time they are quite expensive and/or hard to find. You can use standard D1 type refills from other brands, but the original ones have the qualities of being archival, with saturated colors, and writing very smoothly.

Compared to many high quality pens, this is one of the best. Nice grip, smooth writing feel, and reliable performance. Multiple color plus pencil. Best for making notes with drawing!
