I bought the UGREEN Revodok Pro 10-in-1 Dock to use at home, as I already have another dock (Anker) at the office. This Ugreen device only worked once, on the first day (29.Aug.25) I connected it to my laptop (HP). And it has not worked since. Tried connecting it to other laptops (HP, Dell, Lenovo) at the office, but it just does not work. My Anker dock at the office still works fine

I got this for my Lenovo Slim 7i (Intel Arc Graphics with Thunderbolt 4 ports) and 2 1440 75hz monitors. I could not get my monitors to work at it's full 75hz refresh rate when both were plugged in together. It's not a bandwidth issue as it says it can do 4k 60hz meaning 1440p 75hz is well within limit. The other weird thing is the SD card readers are with the HDMI ports, really weird placement I would say... also note that if you plan to connect this dock on the right hand side of your laptop then the HDMI ports will end up facing towards you unless you like to just use the dock flipped. 3 stars because I have to return it as it does not work for me and I don't know if the issue is the Intel Arc Drivers or the dock is weak.

Best uses for regular

I had previously purchased a 10-in-1 USB C adapter from a big box store that claimed to have the best buys. I had a 4K monitor attached to it as well as power delivery and my USB mouse to my Lenovo laptop. But the screen kept flickering, and my mouse would skip. After switching to this USB Hub (which costs less than the other one, I might add), all those issues went away. My screen no longer flickers, and my mouse doesn't skip. Better price, better performance, what's not to like?

Brilliant piece of equipment, I use mine for attaching a 3rd monitor when working from home using the hdmi socket and also for additional usbs for my wireless keyboard and mouse. Works exactly as it should!
