Ford Remote Start System - BC3Z19G364A

Although the product description indicates this is a mopar part, it is the Ford Ford BC3Z-19G364-A factory remote start. Functions as expected, and was simple enough to install with a little help from youtube. It does not come with instructions as this is generally a factory installed part, but again, easy enough to find on the internet. I installed the unit in about a half hour, and took my 2012 F150 to the dealership the next day to have the computer flashed and keys cut. The dealership originally quoted me $65 to have the keys cut, and computer flashed to recognize the upgrade, but ended up not charging me. I have have been using this remote start for about 3 months, and completely satisfied with this upgrade. Range is subject to conditions, for example if your inside a building. I am able to start my truck from the back of my house, although about 1 out of 10 times, it wont get the signal to start. From within the building at work, it will start from a distance of about 150 feet every time, much farther than that, there is just too much interference. I love this remote start, and am glad that I installed it, and doubt I will ever buy another car or truck that doesn't already have a remote start installed. If you have a need for this feature, I would highly recommend this, and is a great value in my opinion!

Just what I was looking for. Factory remote start for my 2012 f150, installed and programmed it myself, had the keys cut at ford and then used my scan tool to program the keys. Works perfectly. However take note. If you have a check engine light on, it will disable the remote start until it's fixed or the codes are cleared

Hardest part was finding someone to cut the keys- had to bring my title to the dealer

I did a lot of research before making this purchase and let me tell you, you get what you pay for! Spend the extra money and BUY this OEM factory part. Remote start distance is double what aftermarket provides. Great product and great price!! A+++

Delivered as advertised. Beware there are no installation instructions. You will need to find them on internet. Installed in about 10 minutes. The local Ford dealer was the shock. They charged me $210 to program truck for remote start, cut and program the two keys. I should of asked them first what they charged. The remote start works great!

I was a little hesitant to purchase this for my truck. It seemed way too easy to actually work. It works great though! It took about five minutes to install and then the dealership charged $90 to cut and program my keys as well as flash the computer to turn on remote start. Would definitely recommend if you want to add remote start.

The antennae and harness hooked right up. Dealer activated the remote start and enable the dash display. Only problem is that after the keys were cut and programmed, we noticed that the system came with trunk release keys instead of remote start. I took the picture to send to a friend when I received the box. Waiting to hear back from the seller on replacements.

Worked great I had to do some research to find that this mounts above the headliner in a 2016 F250. Took to the dealer had the turn on this option and cut the keys for me. Works perfect
