This costume is EPIC. You won't regret your purchase! It's adult one size fits most, so as a small woman, it was big on me, but it still totally worked. And it's hysterical. It was exactly what it was supposed to be. Everyone loved it on Halloween! He's a size small/ medium. We ordered a medium. It was slightly bigger than him, so I would say it runs true to size.
