Why is there a CA Prop 65 warning on it?

Is this that warning that it may contains something that causes cancer but only in California? I think every single product may have to list that warning. I have not seen the warning on my cans.

For vendors: would you be willing to market a four pack containing one each of the four curries Maesri makes -- green, yellow, red, and Panang?

I think a yellow and red 4 pack would sell the best. The green is a little too spicey and Penang not spicey enough.

No, according to the ingredients list it does not. Only dried veggies and spices are listed. And the ingredients list DOES NOT include the phrase "NATURAL FLAVORS", which is usually an umbrella term used to indicate the presence of one or more components of various extractive processes, which are derived from either plant and/or animal sources. I use this product to make "vegan" Thai dishes.

Bold and flavorful Curry paste.

I purchased Maesri red curry paste here after I couldn't source it locally. It was recommended online from a recipe that I used to make a Thai curry with potatoes and cauliflower. It can be a tad spicy so I suggest adding it to adjust to your taste. The addition of coconut milk mellows the intense flavor and fresh ginger, garlic and lime juice finishes off the dish nicely. Seems a bit pricey for each can but well worth the expense IMO.
