Korean Wild Kombu - I bought it to use in Miso Soup. It is adequate size, smells like Kombu. It is easy to use, texture is what you would except, value for money, and my soup tastes great.

There is quite a bit here. I have used it in dashi and kimchi and it has worked beautifully. Great flavor and texture in the broth and thickened the brine nicely in the kimchi.

I cut off about a 4"x4" square and add it to my rice when cooking. Adds a very nice flavor to the rice.
