What is the typical and longest approx. time from roast to despatch/delivery on your coffee?

We roast and ship on a weekly or bi weekly basis to provide the freshest coffee possible. Usually there is a few week turn around, but we have a best buy date of six months so that coffee doesn't sit around for too long before it reaches the consumer.

How does this differ from the Death Wish with the skull on the package?

Their original death wish is what you drink before charging into the battlefield, crazed eyes and a grin as blood splatters your face. Valhalla Java is what you drink with Thor in paradise after a glorious death

For those who have it, how many tbsp of beans do you find the best ratio for making a full 12 cup pot?

It's one Tablespoon per cup or 3/4 cup for a 12 cup pot of coffee. I don't recommend less as it will make your coffee sour. You can go as much as 2 tablespoons per cup but your probably going to forget your car when you go to work.
